Astro Overview for September

During the first month of autumn, no less than twenty powerful astral aspects are expected to form. In preparing a summary for this month’s general description, I discovered that they tend to fall into five very important categories. What follows is an interpretation of these classifications and other cosmic configurations that stand out from these patterns.

Mercury (Virgo) tribe Uranus Rx (Taurus) and Venus (Virgo) trine Saturn Rx (Capricorn): full force ahead

On September 1, two harmonious trine aspects are perfected between Mercury in Virgo and Uranus retrograde in Taurus and Venus inVirgo and Saturn retrograde in Capricorn. Given the energy of the signs that allow for the creation of these configurations, we can deduce that, from the very first day of September, we are called to duty. We certainly have a very busy agenda, and the faster we get to work, the faster the desired results appear.

Aspects in Virgo-Sagittarius: what should I do

On September 2 and 12, Venus and Mars in Virgo launch tense aspects to Jupiter, which is transiting the sign of the Sagittarius. On or around these days, they reveal some discrepancies between how we perceive situations and how we approach them. Such desynchronization scan have a detrimental effect on the activities we undertake at the beginning of the first and second decades of the month. On September 5, 8, 9 and 19, Mercury and Mars in Virgo form harmonious trine aspects with Saturn and Pluto retrograde in Capricorn, indicating that during or around these dates, contexts are created that allow us to solve some problems that have been around for a long time. It is true that these involve some changes we may be uncomfortable with, but at the same time, we are more ambitious than ever to bring them to a halt.

Mercury and Venus enter Libra: openness to others

From September 14 onward, Mercury and Venus begin transiting the sign Libra, the latter’s diurnal domicile. Against the background of their stay in this sign, we are more open to others and are more adept at using social tools such as diplomacy, tact and the ability to resonate with others.
