Symbolism

Holding the key to the interpretation of all numbers, 1 represents the Universal Master Plan, the Cosmic Tree which perpetually grows in-through-and-out-of-itself, the Origin, the Genesis of everything as well as the primordial instincts. It is the leader, the individualist and the innovator par excellence. Both dynamic and contradictory, it takes pleasure in expressing its opinions, even though they may lead to fiery arguments. In such cases, its ultimate goal is that of having the final say. Considering itself if not perfect, at the very least better than everyone else, number 1 holds no inferiority complex. It represents the archetype of the rational, independent and enthusiastic individual. Although this number is inclined to rebel against any sort of exterior authority, it may very well patronize everbody around him. Those who manifest the neutral characteristics of this number may look quite submissive on the outside, but on the inside they are ticking time bombs waiting to go off. On the other hand, those who display the negative traits of the number 1 can either be fierce, bigoted, arrogant, narrow-minded people or a bunch of individuals who are in desperate need of a pep talk.
